CALL FOR ABSTRACTS

All participants are cordially invited to present their research in the Congress. The Scientific Committee invites the submission of original abstracts for ORAL or POSTER presentation.

• All abstracts submitted online will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee.

• Presenters must definitely register. Only the accepted abstracts of fully registered and paid presenters can be included in the final scientific program.

• All accepted abstracts and full papers (will be published in the Congress and Abstracts Book (in USB).

• We kindly request you to send your abstracts via  the abstract submission form below.

• All participants who will make presentations at the congress must register and then send their receipts for paying the congress registration fees (by e-mail) to the address below by 31 August 2024. Otherwise, presentation summaries will not be included in the book.

1-) ABSTRACTS

• The abstract must be submitted in Turkish and English
• Submitting authors can choose their presentation preference: “Conference”, “Round Table”, “Panel” “Oral”, or “Poster”.
• Maximum length for abstract is approximately 3000 characters.
• Abstract should be Times New Roman typeface and type size 12 point.
• Author’s names - Upper and lower case, surnames- UPPERCASE and please underline the presenting author.
• The information of authors should be as it’s shown: “Name of University, Name of Faculty, Department, City, COUNTRY”
• The title should accurately, clearly, and concisely reflect the importance and content of the study. Capital letters should be used unless the terms that must be written with lowercase letters are included.
• Abbreviations are allowed only when the spelled-out version was written initially in the text for the first time.
• Abstracts should include references (maximum or key words (3 or 4).
• Notification of the presentation will be mailed to the authors on 16 September 2024 and/or can follow the congress web page.

• The abstract should be structured according to the following headings: “Objective”, “Material and Method”, “Results” and “Conclusion”.

The presenting author of the presentation must register to the Congress before the final dates of registration. If not, the abstract will be extracted from the program even if it was accepted.

2-) ORAL PRESENTATIONS:

• Will be prepared in the Power Point program and will take place 10 minutes including discussion.

• All Power Point slides must be in english.

3-) POSTER PRESNTATIONS

• Posters will be exhibited/presented as Electronic Posters in the e-poster hall in the Congress Center.
